How the Greece corridor works
Shipments enter through Piraeus, with Thessaloniki the natural routing for northern Greece — the choice is made by your delivery address, not by habit. Qualifying used household goods clear duty-free under Greek transfer-of-residence relief, prepared with your export file.
From port release onward it is one plan: onward transport, delivery into the rooms, unpacking and debris removal booked as a single sequence.
Access is the variable that moves the price
Most of the cities we cover in Greece have an old centre, and that is the single thing most likely to change what a move costs. Streets laid out before motor vehicles do not take a 40-foot lorry, and buildings of that age often have no lift and a stairwell too tight for a sofa. None of that is a problem when it is known at survey and planned for. All of it is a problem when a crew finds it on the morning of the move.

Moving to Thessaloniki from Dubai
Central Macedonia. Greece's second city, on the Thermaic Gulf. Moving in: dense in the centre and easier on the approaches, so parking permits are the usual constraint.
