This Privacy Policy explains how Fusion Specialized Shipping & Logistics LLC (“Fusion Relocations”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit fusionrelocations.ae or contact us about our services.

Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and user behaviour. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, geographic region, and traffic source. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and your contact details are never sent to it. Data is processed by Google LLC under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage and deploy tracking tags on this website, including GA4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. GTM itself does not collect personal data — it acts as a container for the tags listed here. All tags deployed via GTM are listed in this policy.

Google Ads (deployed via Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our adverts lead to an enquiry, a phone call, a WhatsApp message or an email, and Google Ads records the pages you visit so that our adverts can be shown to people who have visited this site. When you submit an enquiry, your email address, phone number, name, city and country are passed to Google in hashed (one-way encrypted) form so the enquiry can be matched to an advert click (“enhanced conversions”). If you have pressed Reject on our privacy banner, these details are not passed. Data is processed by Google LLC under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage how Google personalises adverts at adssettings.google.com.

Meta Pixel (deployed via Google Tag Manager)

We use Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to enable retargeting advertising to website visitors. Meta Pixel collects data including pages viewed, button clicks, and form submission events; the Pixel itself does not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta. This data is processed by Meta Platforms Inc. under Meta’s Data Policy. If you do not wish to be tracked by Meta Pixel, you can adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences

Enquiry and quote forms

The enquiry, quick-quote and full quote forms on this site are part of the website itself — no third-party form service receives your submission. When you submit a form, the details you provide (your name, email address, phone number and what you told us about your move) are stored in this website’s database, emailed to our relocation team, copied to a spreadsheet in our Google account that the team uses to track enquiries and passed to our customer relationship management system (Kaelo Suite), so they can respond. When you tap a Call or WhatsApp button, we first ask for your name and contact details so we can follow up; these are handled in the same way. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to quote and deliver your move, and to meet our accounting and customs record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

Google reviews

The Google reviews shown on this website are collected by our server from Google’s public business listing, so your browser does not contact Google to display them — except for reviewers’ profile photos, which load directly from Google’s servers and so receive your IP address. Review content is publicly available on Google.

Google Maps (contact page)

The office map on our contact page is a Google Maps embed. It loads straight away only if you have pressed Accept on our privacy banner, otherwise when you choose to load it; once loaded, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

WhatsApp and phone buttons

The WhatsApp and call buttons open WhatsApp or your phone’s dialler. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you use one, and anything you then send us on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

LiteSpeed Cache

This website uses LiteSpeed Cache for server-side page caching and performance optimisation. LiteSpeed Cache may set functional cookies to manage cache delivery. It does not collect or process personal data beyond what is inherent in serving cached web pages.

Hostinger CDN

Static assets (images, scripts, stylesheets) are delivered via Hostinger’s Content Delivery Network. CDN servers process your IP address to route content from the nearest server. This is a functional necessity and does not constitute marketing profiling. Hostinger’s data processing is governed by their Data Processing Agreement.

Wordfence security

A security firewall (Wordfence) checks each request to this website to block attacks and abuse. It processes the IP address of every visit and keeps a log of blocked or suspicious activity.

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Destination customs brokers — Your name, passport details, residency documentation, and inventory are shared with our licensed customs broker at the destination country to prepare and submit customs declarations on your behalf. This sharing is a legal necessity for international moves.
• Destination partner agents — Your delivery address and contact details are shared with our partner agent at the destination for delivery coordination.
• Marine insurance underwriters — Your name and the declared value of goods are shared with Lloyd’s-approved insurance underwriters to arrange shipment insurance.
• Shipping lines and freight forwarders — Your name and address appear on Bills of Lading and shipping documents as required by international freight regulations.
• Service providers — Our website host (Hostinger), our email delivery provider, Google (the spreadsheet our team uses to track enquiries) and our customer relationship management system (Kaelo Suite) store or process enquiry details on our behalf, only to provide those services to us.
• Advertising measurement — When you submit an enquiry, hashed contact details are passed to Google Ads as described in Section 4, unless you have pressed Reject on our privacy banner. Unless you pressed Reject on our privacy banner, we may also send Meta (Facebook and Instagram) a record of your enquiry with your email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encrypted) form and the IP address and browser it came from, so we can measure our Meta adverts.
• Advertising audiences — We may upload the phone numbers and email addresses of people who have enquired or booked with us to Google Ads in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so that our adverts can be shown to them or to people with similar interests (Google “Customer Match”). We only do this for phone numbers outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, never if you pressed Reject on our privacy banner, and you can ask us at any time to leave you out.
• Technical details — With each enquiry we also keep the IP address it was sent from (and the approximate location it indicates), your browser and device type, and the advert or page that brought you to our site. These are stored with your enquiry in our customer relationship management system (Kaelo Suite) and our team’s spreadsheet, and, unless you pressed Reject on our privacy banner, may be passed to Google Ads to measure our adverts.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — We disclose information when required by UAE law, court order, or customs authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Enquiry data (not converted to a booking) — 12 months from the date of enquiry
• Booking and move records — 7 years from the date of the move, as required by UAE commercial and tax record-keeping rules
• Customs documentation — Retained for the period required by the relevant destination customs authority (typically 5–7 years)
• Marketing data (analytics and pixels) — Subject to the retention policies of Google and Meta respectively (typically 14 months for GA4 user data)

After these periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include: SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted via this website, password-protected access to our WordPress admin, hosting on Hostinger’s ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, and access controls limiting who within Fusion can access personal data.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
