Relocating your people, without it landing on HR

Fusion Relocations moves employees out of the UAE for companies of every size — a single senior hire, a graduate intake, or a whole office. Each move gets its own coordinator. Your mobility or HR team gets one contact across all of them, and one invoice.

What we take off your desk

Assignment management

one coordinator per assignee, from briefing to final delivery.

Group moves

several employees or a whole team, sequenced so they do not collide.

Destination services

clearance, delivery, storage and settling-in at the other end.

shipping planned around the immigration timeline, not against it.

Policy consulting

a read of your relocation policy against what actually happens on a move.

What corporate moves really cost

Why programmes overspend

Rarely because the freight was expensive. Usually because a start date was promised before anyone checked the shipping calendar, or the policy was vague enough that an exception got approved at short notice and full price. Both are planning problems, and both are cheaper to fix than to absorb.

How we price corporate work

Per move, against a written scope agreed after survey — not an estimate that moves once the crew arrives. Where you are running several moves, the scope is agreed once and applied across them, so you are comparing like with like between assignees.

What an employee move costs a company beyond the invoice

The freight bill is the visible number. The one that does not appear anywhere is the productivity lost while an assignee manages their own relocation from a new desk in a new country — chasing a shipment, arguing with a destination agent they have never met, taking days off to be present for a delivery that was booked badly. A managed programme is not principally a procurement exercise. It is the decision that an employee you have just paid to move should be doing the job you moved them for.

How we work with your organisation

What we need from you, and what you can leave to us

To build a proposal we need four things: how many people are moving, roughly what size their households are, where they are going, and the window you are working to. Everything downstream of that — survey, scope, packing, freight, customs at both ends, delivery, and the reporting back to your team — sits with us. What has to stay with you is the entitlement: what the policy covers and who signs off anything outside it. We will not agree a variation with an employee that your team has not approved, which is the single most common way a managed programme quietly turns back into a set of individual moves.

Working with the rest of your supply chain

Most companies moving people out of the UAE already have partners in place — an immigration firm, a tax adviser, a global mobility platform, sometimes an incumbent mover at destination. We are used to being one part of that rather than replacing it. In practice that means taking the immigration timeline as a given and planning shipping around it, providing the cost data your mobility platform needs in the format it needs, and handing over cleanly to a destination partner you have already chosen if you have one. Where you do not, we will introduce partners we have used and can vouch for.

Compliance, insurance and the paperwork behind a corporate move

Corporate shipments carry an accountability that private ones do not: the company is usually the contracting party, the payer, and the entity carrying the risk if something is lost. That makes three things worth settling in writing before the first move rather than after the first problem. The valuation basis for insurance, and who declares it. Who holds title to goods in storage, and for how long. And what documentation your finance and audit teams need against each shipment — because a consolidated invoice with no supporting inventory is a reconciliation problem waiting to happen at year end.

Getting started

Tell us how many people are moving, roughly what size the households are, where they are going and the window you are working to. That is enough for a proposal with real numbers in it. If you would rather start smaller, a single assignment run properly is the fairest test of whether the structure holds before you commit a programme to it.
