Where to find us
Our office is at 2304, API World Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, on Sheikh Zayed Road. If you are driving, the building sits on the Metro side of the road and has visitor parking in the basement; by Metro, the nearest station is on the Red Line and the tower is a short walk from the exit. Please tell us when you are coming so someone is expecting you — the surveys and site visits mean the office is not always fully staffed.
You do not need to come to us. Most first conversations happen by phone or WhatsApp, and most surveys happen at your home or by video call. The office visit is for people who prefer to meet whoever is going to be responsible for their shipment, which is a reasonable thing to want.
When someone is here
We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, and Saturday, 08:00 to 14:30, Gulf Standard Time. Sunday is our quiet day — messages sent then are read, but a considered answer will usually come the next working morning rather than within the hour.
WhatsApp is monitored seven days a week on +971 58 879 4825. Prefer to call? The phone line is our toll-free number, +971 800 FUSION (387466). Outside office hours WhatsApp still receives messages; nobody will call you back at midnight, but nothing is lost overnight either.
Which channel for which question
- Getting a quote — use the form on this page. It asks the questions we would otherwise have to ask you on a call, which means the first response can contain real information rather than a request for more detail.
- A quick question before you commit — WhatsApp. Volume, timing, whether we cover a destination, whether something can travel at all: these are one-message answers and do not need a call.
- Something urgent on a live shipment — call +971 800 FUSION (387466) and say the reference. A move in progress is not something to raise by email.
- Documents, invoices and anything you need in writing — email dxb.relocations@fusionshipping.co, so there is a record on both sides.
- Corporate and multi-employee enquiries — the form, marking it as a corporate move. Those go to the team that handles programmes rather than to the general queue.
What to have ready
None of this is required to make contact, but having it to hand turns a first conversation into a useful one:
- Where you are moving to — the city, not just the country. Access, timing and the destination agent all vary within a country.
- Roughly what is moving. Number of bedrooms is a fine starting point. Say if there is anything unusual: a piano, a large artwork, a safe, a vehicle, garden furniture, gym equipment.
- Your property type in Dubai — villa or apartment, which floor, and whether the building requires a booked service lift. This is what determines the crew size and the day.
- The date you are working to, and whether it is fixed or still moving. A flexible date is often worth money.
- Anything you already know about the destination — a lease start date, a visa timeline, a school term. These constrain the plan more than the shipping does.
What happens after you get in touch
A coordinator responds within one business day. If your enquiry is straightforward, that response contains a price range and the next step. If it is not — and most international moves are not — we will ask to survey first, because a number given before anyone has seen what is moving is a number that changes later. The survey takes under an hour, happens at your home or over video, and costs nothing.
What you receive afterwards is a written scope: what we are packing, how it is travelling, what is included at the destination, what is not, and the price for exactly that. If you want to compare it against another quote, ask us and we will tell you honestly which parts of the two are not comparable.
Where we work
We move households and offices out of every emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — and across all of Dubai’s residential communities, from the Marina, JLT and Downtown towers to the villa communities in Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, The Springs, Jumeirah and Al Barsha.
Internationally we handle moves from the UAE to more than 60 countries. If your destination is not one you can find a page for on this site, it almost certainly does not mean we cannot go there — ask.
Complaints and anything that has gone wrong
If something on your move has not gone the way it should have, say so to your coordinator first, because they can usually fix it fastest. If that does not resolve it, email dxb.relocations@fusionshipping.co with your reference and ask for it to be escalated. We would rather hear it from you than read it later.
