What happens after you send this
A coordinator reads it — not an autoresponder — and replies within one working day, usually sooner. If your move is straightforward, that reply contains a price range and the next step. If it is not, and most international moves are not, we will ask to survey before quoting, because a number produced without seeing what is moving is a number that changes later.
The survey
Free, under an hour, and done either at your home or over a video call. The surveyor establishes your volume, identifies anything needing crating or special handling, and checks access at your end — which floor, which lift, whether a permit or a shuttle vehicle is needed. That last part is what stops a crew being turned away at reception on moving day.
What you get back
A written scope: what is being packed, how it travels, what happens at the destination, what is excluded, and the price for exactly that. It is a document you can compare against another quote line by line — and if you want to, ask us and we will tell you honestly which parts of the two are not comparable.
What helps us quote accurately
- The destination city, not just the country. Access, timing and the destination partner all vary within a country.
- Roughly what is moving. Number of bedrooms is a fine starting point.
- Anything unusual — a vehicle, a piano, a safe, large artwork, gym equipment, a pet.
- Your property type in Dubai and which floor, since that sets the crew size and the day.
- Your date, and whether it is fixed. Flexibility is frequently worth money.
No obligation, and no pressure
A survey does not commit you to anything, and we will not chase you. If the answer is that your move is better handled another way — or that you should wait until an immigration position is settled — we will say so.
