Why there are no testimonials on this page
Most moving company websites carry a wall of glowing quotes attributed to first names and initials. They are trivial to invent, and a great many of them are. When we audited our own previous website we found exactly that pattern — the same testimonial personas repeated across different destination pages, with names recycled between them. We removed them rather than tidy them up.
So this page shows the verified aggregate and links to the source. As genuine reviews are published here they will appear with the reviewer’s own words. Anything less than that is marketing copy wearing a customer’s name.

What a review of a moving company is actually telling you
Ratings for movers cluster high, so the average matters less than the pattern underneath it. Worth reading for:
- What happened when something went wrong. Every mover damages something eventually. The reviews that tell you most are the ones describing how a claim was handled, not the ones where nothing happened.
- Whether the final price matched the quote. This is the most common complaint in the industry and the easiest thing to check in a review.
- Communication during the transit gap. Sea freight involves weeks where nothing visible happens. Whether a company keeps you informed through that says a lot.
- The destination experience. Reviews that only cover packing day cover half the job.
- Recency. Crews and management change. A review from five years ago describes a different company.

If you have moved with us
We would genuinely rather have an accurate review than a good one. If something did not go the way it should have, tell your coordinator first — most things can still be fixed. If it cannot be, say so publicly; we would rather read it and act on it than have it go unsaid.

Before you choose any mover
Read the reviews, then verify the things reviews cannot tell you: current accreditation, who the destination partner is, what the insurance basis is, and what the written scope excludes. Our accreditations page covers the first, and we will answer the rest directly if you ask.
