We collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and company name (via the enquiry form)
- Current Dubai address and destination address
- Details about your move: move date, move size, services required
- Passport copies and UAE residency visa documentation (required for customs declarations — collected only once a move is booked)
- Any other information you choose to include in your enquiry or communications with us
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL
- Pages visited, time on site, and click behaviour (via Google Analytics 4)
- Form interactions and conversion events (via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel)
- Cookie data as described in Section 5
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry — contacting you by phone, email, or WhatsApp as requested
- To provide our services — conducting pre-move surveys, preparing quotations, arranging packing and shipping, and preparing customs documentation on your behalf
- To prepare customs declarations — your personal details, passport copy, and residency documentation are required by customs authorities at the destination country (HMRC, ABF, CBSA, CBP, Zollverwaltung, DGDDI) and are shared with our licensed customs broker network for this purpose only
- To improve our website and marketing — using aggregated, anonymised analytics data to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of advertising
- To comply with legal obligations — retaining records as required by UAE commercial law and international customs regulations
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Tracking Technologies We Use
The following third-party tools are active on this website. Each processes data as described:
Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and user behaviour. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, geographic region, and traffic source. We have enabled IP anonymisation. Data is processed by Google LLC under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage and deploy tracking tags on this website, including GA4 and Meta Pixel. GTM itself does not collect personal data — it acts as a container for the tags listed here. All tags deployed via GTM are listed in this policy.
Meta Pixel (deployed via Google Tag Manager)
We use Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to enable retargeting advertising to website visitors. Meta Pixel collects data including pages viewed, button clicks, and form submission events. This data is processed by Meta Platforms Inc. under Meta’s Data Policy. If you do not wish to be tracked by Meta Pixel, you can adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
FluentForms Pro
Our enquiry and quote request forms are powered by FluentForms Pro, a WordPress plugin. When you submit a form, your submission data (name, email, phone, move details) is stored in our WordPress database hosted on Hostinger’s servers in accordance with their data processing terms. Form submissions are not shared with FluentForms’ servers beyond what is required for the plugin to function.
TrustIndex
We display Google reviews on this website using TrustIndex, a third-party review aggregation widget. TrustIndex may load scripts and set cookies from their servers when you view pages containing the review widget. Review data displayed is sourced from Google My Business and is publicly available. Please refer to TrustIndex’s privacy policy for details of their data processing.

A WhatsApp chat button is present on this website, powered by the Click to Chat plugin by HoliThemes. Clicking the button opens WhatsApp and initiates a conversation directly with our team. No personal data is collected by the plugin itself — any data exchanged via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
LiteSpeed Cache
This website uses LiteSpeed Cache for server-side page caching and performance optimisation. LiteSpeed Cache may set functional cookies to manage cache delivery. It does not collect or process personal data beyond what is inherent in serving cached web pages.
Hostinger CDN
Static assets (images, scripts, stylesheets) are delivered via Hostinger’s Content Delivery Network. CDN servers process your IP address to route content from the nearest server. This is a functional necessity and does not constitute marketing profiling. Hostinger’s data processing is governed by their Data Processing Agreement.

6. How We Share Your Information

- Destination customs brokers — Your name, passport details, residency documentation, and inventory are shared with our licensed customs broker at the destination country to prepare and submit customs declarations on your behalf. This sharing is a legal necessity for international moves.
- Destination partner agents — Your delivery address and contact details are shared with our FIDI-accredited partner agent at the destination for delivery coordination.
- Marine insurance underwriters — Your name and the declared value of goods are shared with Lloyd’s-approved insurance underwriters to arrange shipment insurance.
- Shipping lines and freight forwarders — Your name and address appear on Bills of Lading and shipping documents as required by international freight regulations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — We disclose information when required by UAE law, court order, or customs authorities.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. International Data Transfers
As an international moving company, our operations inherently involve transferring your personal data to parties in the destination countries where we operate — including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Germany, France, and other countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. These transfers are necessary to perform our services (customs clearance, partner agent delivery, insurance).
Where we transfer data to countries outside the UAE, we do so on the basis of contractual necessity (to perform the service you have requested) or under data transfer agreements with our service providers. Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the following periods:
- Enquiry data (not converted to a booking) — 12 months from the date of enquiry
- Booking and move records — 7 years from the date of the move, as required by UAE commercial law (Federal Law No. 18 of 1993, Commercial Transactions Law)
- Customs documentation — Retained for the period required by the relevant destination customs authority (typically 5–7 years)
- Marketing data (analytics and pixels) — Subject to the retention policies of Google and Meta respectively (typically 14 months for GA4 user data)
After these periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your Rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL) and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Right to restrict processing — Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object — Object to processing for marketing purposes at any time

10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include: SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted via this website, password-protected access to our WordPress admin, hosting on Hostinger’s ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, and access controls limiting who within Fusion can access personal data.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
11. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
